Ltd.Key Responsibilities: Business Development &amp; Market Expansion<ul><li>Identify and onboard new wholesale clients, distributors, and corporate buyers across GCC markets.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue share.</li><li>Represent the brand in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings in Bahrain and abroad.</li></ul>Client Relationship &amp; Account Management<ul><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier clients, including retail chains and B2B partners.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and high-value deals while maintaining company profitability.</li><li>Ensure excellent client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent service and quality assurance.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Guide and mentor junior sales and marketing executives.</li><li>Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of orders.</li><li>Conduct regular training sessions on sales strategy, market updates, and product awareness.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Brand Positioning<ul><li>Develop and execute region-specific marketing and promotional strategies.</li><li>Oversee catalog creation, social media tie-ins, and product presentations for B2B buyers.</li><li>Research competitor activity and suggest innovative approaches to increase brand presence in GCC.</li></ul>Sales Operations &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of leads, quotations, orders, and payments.</li><li>Provide regular MIS and sales analysis reports to top management.</li></ul>Export &amp; Compliance Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with the logistics and documentation team for export formalities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with international trade, hallmarking, and taxation requirements.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>experience in international B2B jewellery sales or exports.</li><li>Strong network with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors in the Bahrain / GCC region.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Deep product knowledge in Gold, Diamond, and Gemstone jewellery.</li><li>Strategic thinking with proven sales leadership experience.</li><li>Familiar with CRM systems, ERP, and Excel-based reporting.</li><li>Arabic communication skills will be an added advantage.</li></ul>To Apply: Send your updated CV to hr@manojornaments.com/8828627211 Subject: Application &ndash; Senior B2B Sales &amp; Marketing (Bahrain)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipPay: BD500.000 - BD800.000 per month
