Reporting to Sr Director Distribution &amp; Logistics for Asia, Middle East, and Africa, this role will manage DC operations for Turkiye including support for inbound logistics and customs. Main KPIs for this role are Service Levels, OTFR (Ontime Fulfillment Rate), Cost Metrices, and 3PL management/relationships.
 
 
 Other deliverables include 3PL management, developing a professional and accountable DC team through 3PL, and managing on-time and accurate deliveries (transportation) to customers in Turkiye.
 
 
 This role is responsible for building strong working relationships with commercial, planning, finance, order management, IT, and trade compliance teams to grow business and drive continuous improvement agenda.
 
 
 
 About The Job

 Plan, organize, and control processes and systems for distribution network, and implement robust supply chain practices to deliver excellent and responsive service to the business.

A day in the life of an Data Analyst
Even if you&rsquo;ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office&rsquo;s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in comple data sets (both structured and unstructured te<ul><li>tual data) in collaboration with data scientists, in order to improve performance of our virtual assistants, based on Google DialogFlow</li><li>
Management of databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies to optimize data quality. Analyze data and performance levels of our dialogue systems and proactively propose improvements</li><li>
Communicate these recommendations and provide data / analytical support to the stakeholders using both analytical and business jargon (written and oral)</li><li>
Work with the product owner to prioritize business and information needs, and accordingly implement them into an analytical approach</li>
Work closely together with a team of eperts organized in a self-steering team, e<li>ercising freedom in defining goals and deadlines for each element you deliver as a team</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s with analytical background, preferably in a quantitative discipline Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics etc. (Master&rsquo;s degree or PhD will be a plus),</li>
2-5 years of e<li>perience within data reporting &amp; statistics</li><li>
Strong knowledge of SQL</li>
An interest or e<li>perience in these tools: Python, Looker or Cognos</li>
E<li>perience of doing it with Google DialogFlow (nice to have)</li>
E<li>perience with Conversational AI and chat/callbot improvement of at least 1 year, in the area of discovery, creation, train and improvements of new intents</li>
Business knowledge/awareness of virtual assistants. E<li>perience in intent engineering/chatbot improvement is a strong plus</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish</li><li>
To take ownership on tasks assigned: you will be cultivating Analytics within the bank</li><li>

 This role is located within the Know Your Client Operations team in Turkiye. The role will be required to perform a review and challenge control (QC); reviewing the Account Activity Review (AAR) attestations and Expected Nature and Purpose of Relationship (ENPR) submissions performed by the Accountable Client Owners (ACO&rsquo;s). This function needs to be performed to ensure the Bank meets its regulatory targets related to the Know Your Client (KYC) program.
 
 
 You would leverage your strong product and locational knowledge to review the required AAR&rsquo;s &amp; ENPR&rsquo;s to ensure that Financial Crime Risks have been correctly attested to on behalf of the Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) clients (where relevant). The role will be specifically to support the Turkey &amp; Pakistan ACO&rsquo;s due to the processes being &ldquo;offline&rdquo; and not part of the Bank&rsquo;s Global strategic solution. Should the locations become in-scope for the strategic platform; then this role will move from a manual QC function to a systemic based review role.
 
 
 
 Your Key Responsibilities:

 Perform reviews of Business submissions and escalate to other control functions per defined process
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform Quality Control review for AAR and ENPR alerts
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide tracking and Management Information of all QC volumes, pass rates and critical issues

 Feed into Global Governance forums for Turkey &amp; Pakistan QC MI
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for improving data quality, control checks, reducing &lsquo;noise&rsquo; and ensuring all checks are performed to the required global Policy Standards

 Ensuring that the control checks being performed are kept in-line with Global Policy requirements and adapted where required, working with the Global QC function

 Your Skills and Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A minimum of 6 years of experience within Investment Banking and/or Corporate Banking environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of KYC, AML and Financial Crime Risk
 </li>
 <li>
 Any previous experience in AAR and ENPR will be of benefit
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong collaboration skills, attention to details and proactive ability to work on control changes
 </li>
 <li>
 An ability to work independently to solve business problems, an inquisitive nature, a willingness to ask questions and challenge, ability to work in fast-paced environment.
