 Job Summary
 
 Distribution Coordinator is responsible for handling the orders, the routing, the returns, the re-scheduling, the cancellation, the complaints and the refunds to Customers. He/she is also responsible in coordinating some activities with the OPA (Order Processing Agents), the Showroom Storekeepers and labourers. He is responsible of the dispatch with internal teams and 3rd parties.

 Job Responsibilities
 
 &bull;Maintain distribution schedules to ensure proper fleet capacity utilization and delivery lead-time.
 
 &bull;Establish correspondence with the customer via email in order to follow-up, inquire and update about information related to orders &amp; customer complaints&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Manage correspondence with various departments for order fulfilment, customer complaints and returns&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Handling customer complaints and resolving within identified Company&rsquo;s KPI.
 
 &bull;Following up with the 3rd party delivery agents through calls and the tracking system.&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Solving the picking in short cases, after informing Call center throughout SAP QM based processes, by putting all the required information in the SAP QM ticket.
 
 &bull;Helping the Showroom Storekeepers in handing over cash on daily basis and supporting the preparation of related documents. &nbsp;
 
 &bull;Sending daily performance reports for orders dispatched, cancelled, pending and not dispatched.&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Process the deliveries, customer complaints, customer returns &amp; order cancellation requests in multiple systems
 
 &bull;Ensure accuracy &amp; correctness of information while processing any documents and/or updates in the systems&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Print system documents related to each order and customer complaints&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Point of contact between customers and various departments for correspondence related to orders, customer complaints and returns&nbsp;

<div>Jazeera Airways is looking for Loading Team Leader to supervise and coordinate all aircraft loading and unloading operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling in compliance with airline policies and regulatory standards. The role will also ensure optimal payload distribution and strict adherence to weight &amp; balance requirements and oversee the proper use of ramp equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
<ul>
<li>Oversee the safe loading, unloading, and positioning of cargo, baggage, and special loads in accordance with the aircraft loading instruction report and weight-and-balance requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with Load Control, Ramp Operations, Turnaround coordinator to verify loading instructions and confirm safe load distribution.</li>
<li>Ensure all documentation&mdash;including Loading instruction report form, NOTOC, and load distribution form is accurately completed and matching with actual loading and communicate to turnaround coordinator.</li>
<li>Monitor the use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and ramp vehicles during loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe parking, proper operation, and timely removal after use.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-loading and post-loading inspections, including Foreign Object Debris (FOD) checks in holds and cargo compartments, to ensure cargo and baggage are properly secured and restraining systems comply with aviation safety standards.</li>
<li>Usage of headsets for ground to cockpit communication upon arrival and departure.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain shift reports, non-conformance records, and data on loading delays or discrepancies for management review and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Allocate and supervise loading team members and contracted staff; provide on-the-job training in safe ramp practices, cargo handling, DGR compliance, and load procedures.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Ramp and Load Control teams during Irregular Operations (IROPs) to manage late loads, last-minute changes (LMCs), special cargo, and expedited turnarounds.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to airline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards, and Kuwait DGCA regulations related to aircraft loading and ground operations.</li></ul> 
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, Airport Operations, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in aircraft loading, ramp operations or cargo handling within an airline, ground-handling or airport environment, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.</li>
<li>Proven understanding of aircraft load and balance principles, ramp safety management and cargo/baggage handling procedures.</li>
<li>Certification in Ramp Safety, Cargo Handling, Load Control Safety Management Systems (SMS), Human Factors and Dangerous Goods Regulations is highly desirable.</li></ul></div>

Loading Team Leader

<div>The Turnaround Coordinator is responsible for managing the safe, efficient, and on-time turnaround of aircraft, while also performing load control duties as per operational allocation. The position acts as the central link between flight crew, ground handling teams, and operational control, ensuring adherence to safety, accuracy, and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

<li>Coordinate all aircraft turnaround activities from arrival to departure, ensuring safety and on-time performance.</li>
<li>Serve as the single communication point between the flight deck, passenger services, ramp, cleaning, engineering, catering, and OCC.</li>
