 Jhpiego seeks a Research and Learning Lead &ndash; HPV Program to support the program&rsquo;s research, evidence generation, and learning initiatives. The RL Lead will design and oversee national studies, synthesize lessons from program implementation, and translate findings into actionable guidance for policymakers, implementers, and global stakeholders. This role will be central to strengthening evidence-based decision-making, informing program strategies, and institutionalizing learning from Pakistan&rsquo;s phased HPV vaccine introduction.

 7-8 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning within public health programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in designing and implementing M&amp;E frameworks, particularly in immunization or vaccine introduction programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience working with government health programs, particularly with FDI, EPI, or national-level immunization initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including proficiency in data collection, management, and analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, STATA, SPSS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
 </li>
