 Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities

 Develop and execute business development strategies targeting Business Development within potential clients in KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client mapping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary interface between the company and key clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the full business cycle from opportunity identification to contract award.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee prequalification processes (including Aramco vendor registration &amp; approvals).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline) is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering Management, MBA, or Finance is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications such as PMP, RMP, P3O or equivalent is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10&ndash;15 years of experience in Business Development within Oil &amp; Gas/EPC with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working with or for Saudi Aramco projects, preferably aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Aramco Approval / Experience is a MUST
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Aramco procedures, standards, and procurement processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of EPC contracts and project lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in tendering, estimation, and contract negotiation
 </li>
