Coordinate speaker arrangements, including documentation, registration, scheduling, and on‑site support.</li><li>
Source and manage branded giveaways, overseeing production, storage, and distribution to ensure quality and timely delivery in line with event timelines.</li><li>
Oversee real‑time delivery of media assets to internal teams during events to support marketing and social media coverage.</li><li>
Lead and support the internal events team on-site, ensuring clear assignment of responsibilities and effective execution.</li><li>
Manage on-ground operations at key industry events: vendor coordination, booth setup, team support; ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and visitors.</li></ul>
Budget &amp; Operational Ownership<ul><li>
Manage budgets for all events, sponsorships, and branded materials to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.</li><li>
Track and reconcile expenses accurately and maintain alignment with finance and marketing guidelines.</li><li>
Maintain comprehensive documentation of invoices, quotes, payments, and contractual agreements.</li><li>
Develop and optimize vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality, cost‑efficiency, and operational effectiveness across all events.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills
Experience &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>
Proven experience in event management or brand marketing, preferably within financial services, Forex, or fintech industries.</li><li>
Strong understanding of the forex and fintech sectors and awareness of industry event best practices.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross‑functional coordination.</li></ul>
