 The Business Analyst will be a key member of company&rsquo;s Finance &amp; IT organization, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This role will serve as a central driver of operational and financial reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the company.
 
 
 
 
 
 In this highly analytical and cross-functional role, the Business Analyst will own the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company&rsquo;s core financial and operational reporting, ensuring stakeholders at all levels have access to timely, accurate, and actionable information. This role will act as a bridge between finance, operations, and technology, translating business questions into structured data analysis and scalable reporting solutions.

 Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Owning and maintaining company&rsquo;s core operational reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with approved &ldquo;sources of truth&rdquo;
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing, building, and enhancing dashboards and reports in Power BI to support executive, operational, and functional decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from company&rsquo;s ERP system (Syteline) and related relational databases using SQL.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the full analytics workflow: data extraction, validation, analysis, visualization, and recurring reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partnering with the CFO, FP&amp;A, Accounting, and Operations teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards across the business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and maintaining automated data pipelines, scripts, and workflows (using Python and/or other scripting tools) to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting month-end and mid-month reporting processes by producing standardized reports and variance analyses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical depth across finance and operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Documenting data definitions, report logic, and processes to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responding to ad hoc analytical requests from senior management, translating ambiguous questions into structured analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with IT, ERP administrators, and external partners to ensure data access, security, and system alignment.
 </li>

 Handle audits and internal compliance reviews.

 Be comfortable working with ERP systems and financial data structures; experience with Syteline or manufacturing ERPs is a plus.
 </li>

 Show the ability to translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and communicate insights effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be highly organized, with strong attention to data accuracy, controls, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 General familiarity with manufacturing processes and workflows is preferred but not required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be comfortable working in a global, cross-time-zone environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.

 Education and Experience:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Holds a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring 2 &ndash; 5+ years of experience in business analytics or a similar data-focused role supporting operations or finance.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders ranging from hourly operators to senior executives.
 </li>
