We are seeking Assistant - Seniors to join our Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) team in Istanbul and to work in the Customer Office located in &Uuml;mraniye, with the following qualifications: 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Connecting the outsourced accounting data entry team with the local accounting and shared service center teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.</li><li>
Providing ongoing support to the client&rsquo;s local accounting team during the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.</li><li>
Assisting the local accounting team in preparing monthly and annual declaration data (VAT-1, VAT-2, Withholding, Stamp, GEKAP, Provisional Tax, and Corporate Tax) to ensure compliance with tax regulations.</li><li>
Conducting a thorough reconciliation of all bank accounts to ensure financial integrity and accuracy (SAP system).</li><li>
Reviewing broker fee entries.</li><li>
Reviewing POs (invoices with PO numbers and open invoices), contacting relevant persons, and correcting any errors.</li><li>
Ensuring that E-Invoice (Purchase) distributions are made completely.</li><li>
Entering customs duty payment requests from the Supply Chain team in the bank system.</li><li>
Reconciling with PO owners and uploading the file to the system so that PO provisions can be received correctly.</li><li>
Checking commission invoices on an invoice-by-invoice basis to ensure that they align with the file prepared by Commex.</li><li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, finance, economics or other relevant areas

 +5 years of Banking experience (preferably in Data management and Finance)
 </li>

 Data-driven mindset and excellent analytical skills

 Working closely with Business Lines and Treasury department for month end closing P&amp;L reconciliation process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing monthly business line level financial statements for management and global reporting within scheduled timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and presenting monthly business line and product level P&amp;L reports to top management, supporting top management with ad hoc requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing monthly/quarterly requests from ING global within announced deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Uploading business line, account and product level financial statements to global reporting system within deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective data management and maintenance of MIS dashboards
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting branch budgeting process and reflecting to MIS Branch screens
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing MIS Automating Processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking an active role in cross-functional project teams in Finance organization
 </li>
