   Initiating and conducting as well as providing company-wide advisory effort on analytical projects &amp; studies to support well-informed strategic &amp; operational &amp; commercial decision making,

   Analyze customer portfolio and conduct descriptive analyses that will continuously improve marketing impact and provide holistic insights &amp; recommendations,
  </li>
  <li>
   Initiating and leading cross-functional projects for strategic/operational/sales-oriented activities,
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with Product, Pricing and Sales teams in order to lead target customer selection and offer suggestions for maximizing acquisition, retention and win back processes,

   Support development and maintenance of competitor and market analysis,
  </li>

   Apply segmentation, descriptive and predictive analytics techniques to solve business problems,

   Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and business learnings with a strong analytics mindset,

   Lead and mentor the analytics team, setting direction and ensuring high-quality delivery.

   What we expect

   Bachelor/Master degree or higher in quantitative field such as Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics is preferable,

   4+ years relevant experience in analytics, preferably in customer analytics,

  <li>
   Proficient in SQL, Python, SAS, Excel and BI tools such as Power BI,
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with APIs, web services or web automation tools (e.g. Selenium) is a plus,
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong data interpretation and visualization skills,
  </li>
  <li>
   Have strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate both tech and non-tech teams,
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience presenting complex analyses and making strategic recommendations to different levels of the organization,

   Excellent level of English both written and verbal.
