<li>Maintain knowledge of the menu, including wine pairings and cocktail ingredients</li>
<li>Ensure that all food and beverages are served at the correct temperature and presentation</li>
<li>Address any issues or complaints from guests promptly, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary</li>
<li>Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other attendants to ensure seamless service.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and notify management of any shortages</li>
<li>Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed</li>
