 The Facilities Maintenance Lead supports a fast-paced manufacturing operation by ensuring that all building systems, production support equipment, and facility infrastructure remain safe, reliable, and fully operational. This role combines hands on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across the plant.

 What you bring to the Team

 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing facilities/building maintenance experience

 Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

 JOB SUMMARY: The Custodian will support the efficient operation of all spaces at 80 Pitt with an eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership. The Custodian is responsible for daily maintenance and upkeep of all bathrooms, common spaces and classrooms at 80 Pitt Street. This includes garbage removal, floor care, and general cleaning. <li>Work closely with other team members under supervision of Contract Manager, other finance staff, and other support departments to best support contract management</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by Contract Manager and Assistant Director &ndash; Contracts &amp; Budgets</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting preferred or high school diploma with at least 2+ years relevant experience</li>
<li>At least 1&ndash;2 years experience with a Social Service Agency preferred</li>
<li>Excellent computer/technical skills, particularly Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li></ul></div>
