The role requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with the ability to respond efficiently to breakdown calls.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, service, and maintain automatic sliding doors, shutter doors, and gate barrier systems.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in door controllers, sensors, motors, control panels, relays, and safety devices.</li><li>Configure, program, and adjust door controllers according to site requirements.</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operation.</li><li>Respond promptly to breakdown calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.</li><li>Apply electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and fix system faults.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>4&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in automatic sliding and shutter door systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting controllers, sensors, and safety devices.</li><li>Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet service deadlines.</li><li>GCC experience in Facilities Management is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>GCC experience in Facilities Management or maintenance companies.</li><li>Technical diploma or relevant certification in Electrical/Mechanical field.</li></ul>Please note that applicants should answer the pre-screening questions to be considered for this positionTHOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY.
