The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, maintaining strong product knowledge, and ensuring the store is presented and operated to high standards.</p><p> </p><h2>Job Responsibilities</h2><h3> </h3><h3>1. Customer Service &amp; Sales</h3><ul><li>Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs and preferences.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service by providing product information, offering alternatives, and cross-selling or upselling products.</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s product range, ongoing promotions, and brand initiatives.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.</li><li>Achieve and exceed individual and store-level sales targets (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.</li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>2.
