 Personal Training: Provide one-on-one and group fitness training sessions tailored to guests' fitness levels, goals, and preferences. Develop customized workout plans and offer guidance on proper exercise techniques.

 Group Classes: Conduct engaging and dynamic group fitness classes, such as yoga, Pilates, spinning, or high-intensity interval training (HIIT), ensuring a motivating and inclusive environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Wellness Programs: Design and implement wellness programs and workshops that address various aspects of health, including nutrition, stress management, and overall well-being.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guest Interaction: Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests, offering exceptional customer service and personalized attention. Address guests' questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all fitness equipment is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order. Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workout environment for guests. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, such as the spa and concierge, to enhance the overall guest experience and provide seamless service.

What you will do
<ul><li>Welcome, assist and escort guests/clients as it pertains to the spa, fitness and other areas within the hotel (inclusive of outdoor pool).
</li><li>Read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.
</li><li>Advising and educating guest of Spa treatment and produce options to suit their needs via telephone, email and in person.
</li><li>Ensure the reception area is kept neat, tidy and organized.
</li><li>Be knowledgeable about treatments, products, procedures, techniques, training sessions and equipment when selling to hotel and external guests alike.
</li><li>Reach upsell target as set forth separately.
</li><li>Operate the computer, copier, Spa reservations system and credit card machines.
</li><li>Utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting.
</li><li>Verify the attendant staff is present.
</li></ul>What you bring
<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
</li><li>Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Arabic &amp; English languages.
</li><li>Excellent customer service, attention to details and communication skills.
</li><li>Works well in a team environment, ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
