A day in the life 
Your day will be dynamic, strategic, and highly impactful. You might start by reviewing overnight fleet utilization data across MEATR markets, identifying a pattern of underutilization in one country and overdemand in another&mdash;prompting you to coordinate a cross-border vehicle transfer. You'll join a strategic planning session with Finance to present your updated 18-month fleet forecast, defending your assumptions and securing approval for a significant vehicle procurement order. 
Mid-morning, you'll dive into your forecasting model, adjusting parameters based on new network expansion plans shared by the Operations team, then run scenario analyses to understand the impact on CAPEX requirements.
 
After lunch, you might review DSP feedback survey results, identifying a recurring theme about maintenance delays. You'll brainstorm solutions with the maintenance vendor and draft a proposal for a new preventive maintenance program. You'll then prepare for your afternoon executive business review, creating visualizations that tell a compelling story about fleet performance trends and your strategic recommendations. 
Late afternoon brings a call with regional fleet managers across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Turkey&mdash;you're coaching them on a new audit framework and gathering their input on local market dynamics that should inform your demand forecast.
