<h2>Job Summary</h2><p>The Facilities Plant Operator will operate and monitor <strong>electromechanical plant and building systems</strong>, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation across assigned facilities.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Operate and monitor mechanical and electromechanical plant.</li><li>Monitor HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.</li><li>Monitor and operate BMS systems.</li><li>Conduct routine plant inspections and operational checks.</li><li>Identify equipment abnormalities and technical faults.</li><li>Escalate maintenance requirements to technical teams.</li><li>Maintain accurate operational logs and records.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and technicians.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Technical qualification in <strong>Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or Electromechanical disciplines</strong>.</li><li>Minimum <strong>5 years' relevant experience</strong>.</li><li><strong>3 years' experience as a Plant Operator within schools and kindergartens.</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and cooling systems.</li><li>Good knowledge of electromechanical operational requirements and <strong>BMS systems</strong>.</li><li>Relevant technical certifications preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>English required; Arabic preferred.</li></ul>
