Responsibilities:

Greets residents/guests upon entry, and respond to requests, questions, and any other needs.</li><li>
Documents issues or transactions as needed.</li><li>
Develop an understanding of Association policies and requirements.</li><li>
Develop an understanding of the appropriate department/person to support when an escalation for resolution is needed.</li><li>
Develop knowledge of surrounding areas and attractions.</li><li>
Answers phones promptly, with an ability to answer questions and requests while understanding support resources when needed.</li><li>
Tracks activity logs and incident reports, records, and forms for the Property Manager&rsquo;s daily review.</li><li>
Escalates concerns and issues to the Property Manager for immediate resolution when necessary.</li><li>
Monitors Emergency Response System and responds in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>
Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems if applicable.</li><li>
Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties.</li><li>
Logging all packages and tracking them until pick-up by or delivery to the resident, when applicable.</li><li>
Dependent on shift, maybe required to handle overnight activities.</li></ul><ul><li>
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li><li>
Must stay awake and alert for the entire shift.</li></ul>

<div><p>Provide a professional and competent image in order to provide Residents with friendly and outgoing customer service. As a key employee liaison between all guests of the community and the Residents. Receiving must be familiar with using computer software to perform various tasks, must demonstrate organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication.</p>

Duties and Essential Functions</p>

<li>Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.</li>

<li>Delivers packages to Front Desk at times, and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items.</li>
<li>Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiates proof of delivery documents.</li>
<li>May maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records.</li>
<li>Follows established company policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety.</li>
<li>Receives and logs contractors into the system and contractor log whom will perform work or deliver items to the units.</li>
<li>Provide contractor badge along with photo to identify the individual while working inside the building.</li>
<li>Maintains communication with Front Desk when a contractor has arrived and advise which unit they will need access for.</li>
<li>Communicate with Management Office each time a contractor arrives with building materials or furniture deliveries to ensure they have provided the required elevator deposit.</li>
<li>Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

This position will be mostly indoors. Noise level will be moderate and position requires sitting most of the day.</p>
