As the FP&amp;A Manager, you will be the architectural lead for our financial health. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES</h2>
The Communications Officer, (External Communications) is responsible for: (i) producing, in a timely manner, quality communications products that accurately illustrate WHO&rsquo;s work and impact in countries, (ii) developing and adapting global and regional communications products and activities for use at country level, and (iii) building communications capacity in country offices.
 Under the supervision of the Press and Media Relations Officer and guidance of the Communications Manager the incumbent performs the following duties.
Key duties:
1. Communicating WHO impact at country / regional level
a) Produces news stories, features, event notices, and other intelligence and information materials , of WHO&rsquo;s work at country level for internal/external audiences;
b) Develops, quality controls and posts country-focused social media content, in collaboration with team;
c) Works with select countries on national media relations and advises on media opportunities at national level.
2. Strategic communications support to EURO Country Offices
a) Assists in handling requests for communications support and guidance from country offices;
b) Works with country offices on strengthening and maintaining their social media presence at national level;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Essential: University degree (Bachelor's level ) in communications, journalism or related social science. 
Desirable: University degree (Master's level ) in any of the above fields. Public health or international relations qualifications. 
Experience
Essential: At least 2 years of professional experience in communications and/or international relations, with at least 1 year in an international environment. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communications strategies for public sector organizations; coordinating the development, writing and delivery of multilingual communications products/materials, such as news stories, brochures and social media content; organizing virtual meetings and coordinating professional networks; developing and disseminating campaign and advocacy materials; developing and delivering communications training; and analyzing communications activities and campaigns and drafting outcome reports.

REMUNERATION</h2>
WHO salaries for staff in the Professional category are calculated in US dollars. The remuneration for the above position comprises an annual base salary starting at USD 56,046 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable), a variable post adjustment, which reflects the cost of living in a particular duty station, and currently amounts to USD 2046 per month for the duty station indicated above. We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team and take a key role in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and cross-functional business support in line with local requirements and global procedures, reporting directly to the Accounting, Reporting and Logistics Manager.</div><div></div><div>
Your day at Ferring</div><div></div><ul><li>Manage logistics operations including order processing, invoicing coordination, and tender-related activities in alignment with company procedures</li><li>Coordinate import processes end-to-end, including documentation, customs operations, and supplier follow-up</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, stock reconciliation, and packaging materials to ensure smooth supply continuity</li><li>Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports to support business decisions</li><li>Ensure accurate execution of e-invoice/e-archive processes and related documentation</li><li>Maintain supplier records, contracts, and support procurement processes (PO management)</li><li>Track and manage discrepancies, damages, and operational issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities in coordination with the finance team</li></ul><div>

 To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations, ensuring effective coordination of daily activities, smooth communication across operational departments, and efficient follow-up of strategic and operational initiatives.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Manage the Director of Operations&rsquo; daily calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

 Coordinate communication between the Director of Operations and operational departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&amp;B, Engineering, etc.)

 Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the preparation and consolidation of operational reports (KPIs, budgets, productivity, guest satisfaction metrics, etc.)

 Handle internal and external correspondence professionally and confidentially
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and strategic information

 Act as a key point of contact on behalf of the Director of Operations

 Required Qualifications &amp; Experience

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field

 Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role (hospitality experience is a plus)

 Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken

 Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
