The GM Operations translates company strategy into scalable execution frameworks while owning operational performance metrics and contribution margin.

 Role Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking a
 
 Chief Executive Officer (CEO) &amp; General Manager
 
 to lead Mudir Amali into its next phase of growth.
 
 
 The CEO will report to the board of directors and will have full P&amp;L responsibility. This role will shape strategy, oversee operations, lead product execution, manage AI-driven systems and human operations, and drive expansion beyond Qatar.
