Position Summary: This role sits on the Brand team and focuses on packaging, in-store design, and physical brand touchpoints across a growing fleet of caf&eacute;s. You'll bring the 7 Leaves brand to life in real-world environments, ensuring every detail is intentional, consistent, and on-brand.</h2>
Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations, you'll own design execution from concept through production-balancing creativity with scalability and operational needs. This hands-on role is ideal for a designer who understands systems, production, and physical brand execution, not just aesthetics.
Position Details &amp; Work Requirements:
Salary Range - $71,000k - $75,000K (Exempt)
Location - Onsite at our Huntington Beach Corporate Office<ul><li>
Work Environment: Hybrid, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote with occasional visits to stores or field locations</li><li>
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals.</li></ul>
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Design and execute restaurant packaging, including cups, bags, straws, napkins, sleeves, and labels.</li><li>
Design menus across in-store, drive-thru, seasonal, and promotional formats.</li><li>
Apply and help maintain brand guidelines across all physical and digital touchpoints to ensure consistency and quality.</li><li>
Support seasonal campaigns, limited-time offers, and special collaborations from concept through execution.</li><li>
Manage quarterly photoshoots with external photographers, including creative direction, shot lists, on-set brand oversight, and post-production asset alignment.</li><li>
Support creative needs for licensed partnerships; experience working with licensed IP is a plus.</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure designs are production-ready, operationally sound, and on-brand.</li><li>
Contribute light motion or video work for screens, social content, or internal presentations as needed.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">

What We're Looking For:</h1><ul><li>
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)</li><li>
Comfortable using Canva for fast, collaborative brand workflows</li><li>
Familiarity with Final Cut Pro or other video editing tools</li><li>
Curious and capable with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g. Sora, Nana Banana, or similar platforms)</li><li>
Strong understanding of print production, specs, and vendor handoffs</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple timelines</li><li>
Thoughtful collaborator who brings ideas-but respects brand system</li><li>
Experience supporting multi-location brands preferred</li><li>
Understanding of how design decisions impact operations, cost, and scalability preferred</li><li>
Passion for food, beverage, and culture-led brands preferred</li></ul>

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
Success in this role starts with the right mindset, the drive to lead, and a solid foundation. Here&rsquo;s what that looks like:<ul><li>
You must be at least 18 years of age or older.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Prior supervisory or leadership experience.</li><li>
Background in retail sales, food &amp; beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.</li><li>
Basic proficiency with technology, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; comfortable learning new platforms as needed.</li><li>
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park (and the magic) is most alive.</li><li>
Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others.</li><li>
Curiosity about how daily operations connect to the bigger picture, including shift flow, guest experience, safety, and team performance.</li><li>

The pay for this position is $18.50/hr, this is a fixed starting rate, and no additional pay range applies at this time.
