Helps with maintaining effective internal communications to inform all employees of marketing campaigns and objectives in a timely manner. Supports the updating of department intranet content to ensure the information is accurate and current.

The Junior UI/UX Designer supports the planning, documentation, and improvement of end-to-end member and employee experiences, with a focus on journey mapping and service design.
