 Position Summary
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven Digital Sales Specialist to lead the promotion and support of SPARK Clear Aligners in T&uuml;rkiye. This is a customer-facing role, focused on growing our digital orthodontic business by identifying new opportunities, onboarding and training doctors, and supporting them throughout their SPARK journey.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter, passionate about digital dentistry, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive new business by identifying and converting orthodontists to SPARK Clear Aligners
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver effective onboarding, in-depth product training, and continuous support to doctors
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage face-to-face visits, follow-ups, and virtual sessions as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide prompt, solution-oriented responses to customer queries
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and meet sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support clinical case setup, processing, and communication with doctors
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate timelines for case deliveries and align with commercial teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in local events, round tables, and key expert meetings to represent SPARK
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate customer records, categorization, and tiering based on case volume
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends and competitor activity

 Experience &amp; Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Dentistry, Oral Health, Science, or a related field is preferred

 Minimum 3 years of experience in the orthodontic industry in sales, clinical, training, or support roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with clear aligners or digital orthodontic products is highly preferred
 </li>

 Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships in a sales environment
