You will be deeply involved in shaping proposals, structuring commercial terms, and presenting to senior government and enterprise stakeholders across Qatar and the wider GCC.Key ResponsibilitiesProposal &amp; Deal Architecture<ul><li>Lead the development of sales presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and commercial proposals for enterprise software and AI engagements.</li><li>Structure deal terms in coordination with technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure proposals are competitive, compliant, and profitable.</li><li>Translate complex technical solutions into clear, persuasive value propositions tailored to government and enterprise buyers.</li></ul>Government &amp; Public Sector Engagement<ul><li>Manage and advance active opportunities with government ministries, regulatory bodies, and public sector entities in Qatar.</li><li>Navigate formal procurement processes including RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions, ensuring compliance with public sector requirements.</li><li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and procurement officers across government accounts.</li></ul>Partner &amp; Stakeholder Alignment<ul><li>Act as the connective tissue between Applab and clients to move opportunities from qualified to contracted.</li><li>Coordinate with Partner&rsquo;s account teams to align on co-selling opportunities, and partner incentive programs.</li><li>Prepare and deliver executive-level pitch decks and product demonstrations for C-suite and government stakeholders.</li></ul>Pipeline &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate deal tracking and forecasting, with clear visibility into pipeline health and projected close timelines.</li><li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base, particularly in government and commercial sectors.</li></ul>RequirementsEssential<ul><li>5 to 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise technology sales, business development, or pre-sales, with a demonstrable record of closing deals above QAR 500K.</li><li>Proven experience managing government or public sector deals, including familiarity with Qatar or GCC procurement processes.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality presentations, SOWs, and commercial proposals independently.</li><li>Strong executive presence and presentation skills, comfortable engaging C-level and government decision-makers.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platform ecosystems.</li><li>Prior exposure to AI, digital transformation, or enterprise software solutions in a sales or BD capacity.</li><li>Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage for stakeholder engagement in the Qatar market.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li></ul>What You Will Be Part OfAt Applab, you will work at the intersection of AI, enterprise technology, and some of Qatar's most significant digital transformation programs.
