The Arabic Guest Relations Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience by providing professional, courteous, and culturally sensitive assistance to patients and visitors throughout their healthcare journey. The role serves as a bridge between patients and internal departments, ensuring effective communication, prompt resolution of concerns, and high levels of patient satisfaction while upholding the standards of Naseem Healthcare.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome patients and visitors warmly and ensure a positive first impression of the facility.</li><li>Assist Arabic-speaking patients with registration, appointments, and navigation within the medical center.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, doctors, and procedures.</li><li>Handle patient inquiries, concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.</li><li>Coordinate with Reception, Nursing, Medical, Insurance, Billing, and other departments to facilitate seamless patient care.</li><li>Assist patients requiring special attention, including elderly patients, VIPs, pregnant women, and patients with disabilities.</li><li>Conduct patient rounds to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.</li><li>Record, monitor, and follow up on patient complaints and service requests until closure.</li><li>Support patient education by explaining hospital policies, processes, and available services.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policies and applicable regulations.</li><li>Participate in patient satisfaction surveys and assist in implementing service improvement initiatives.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on guest relations activities, complaints, compliments, and service recovery.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital quality standards, patient rights, and customer service protocols.</li><li>Assist during hospital events, health campaigns, and VIP visits as required.</li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by the Guest Relations Supervisor or Management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.</li><li>Certification in Customer Service or Hospitality is an added advantage.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, Front Office, or Patient Experience within a healthcare or hospitality environment.</li><li>Experience in hospitals or medical centers is highly preferred.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
