Implements all the tasks assigned by Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer, responsible repairs and makes new production when required</li><li>

   Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
  </li>
  <li>
   Carry out daily effective physical sales activities, with a number of quote instructed by Manager
  </li>
  <li>
   Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients
  </li>
  <li>
   Generate event/group inquiries from accounts and collaborate with Group &amp; Banquet Sales department.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide an average of 24 hours response to all companies/accounts &amp; ISO&rsquo;s requests
  </li>
  <li>
   Continuous update of mailing list and account / contact profiles of his/her account base.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
  </li>
  <li>
   Work within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel /cluster and to increase market / customer share in all revenue streams

   Corporate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs

   Operate the hotel reservation system to book rooms,banquet venues etc..

   Conduct site ,inspections and entertainment in the hotel.

   Schedule and develop sales activities and obtain approval from the Corporate Sales Manager, maintaining and developing customers in the region or industry according to the plan.

   Attend Sales events, as required

   Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner

   Welcome key customers, team leaders and VIPs to the hotel when they arrive as required

   Understand and be familiar with all product information of competitors, including key customers and their output, hotel rooms, catering, conference related promotion information, and promptly feedback the information to the Commercial Director / Director of Sales/ ADOS/ Corporate Sales Manager.

   Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the hotel and the management company
  </li>
  <li>
   Update all Opera Sales and Catering account profiles and contact profiles after every call to maintain a proper profile of all corporate/government accounts
  </li>

   Responsible for room night and revenue production from allocated accounts
  </li>
  <li>
   Follow up on all sales leads.
