The HR/Payroll Assistant will process bi-weekly payroll, handle on-boarding and off-boarding, and coordinate benefits. Maintain employee records and assist the HR Manager with HR/Payroll daily tasks. An organized, detail-oriented with a good work ethic is a must.

Position Summary</h2>
The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department and plays a key role in ensuring consistent and efficient HR functions. This position is responsible for supporting various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee engagement, training coordination, IT and office support, and vendor coordination. 1. Human Resources Administration</h3><ul><li>

6. Policy and Employee Handbook Management</h3><ul><li>
Support the review and maintenance of the Employee Handbook in collaboration with HR leadership.</li><li>
Communicate policy updates and revisions to employees clearly and in a timely manner.</li><li>

7. IT Asset and Equipment Coordination</h3><ul><li>
