 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage service requests with vendors (transport companies, housing providers, relocation services).
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and follow up on deliveries, shipments, and service contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory and supplies for HR and office needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with procurement for requisitions, purchase orders, and payments related to services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth interface between HR, administration, and operational departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain confidential handling of all personnel and company information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in Safety audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled
 </li>
 <li>
 Support company events, training sessions, and workshops
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in Oil &amp; Gas maintenance &ndash; High School.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in Oil &amp; Gas maintenance &ndash; Diploma
 </li>
 <li>
 Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership skills with large organizations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
 </li>
 <li>

 Responsibilities

 Verify timesheets, labor distributions, and wage computations

 Develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs that fostering a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of the Hydrogen production plant.
 
 
 
 Nature &amp; Scope
 
 
 
 The HYCO Training Specialist, reporting to the Training Lead, is accountable for managing the technical training program and executing the training for the Operations &amp; Maintenance staff for the Jubail HYCO Facility, that include steam methane reformer SMR, CO2 removal, MBU, PSA, STG units, and pipeline operations. The Training Specialist will in cooperation with the Engineering, HR, Procurement, and HSSE. develop and manage a long-term training program for the Operations &amp; Maintenance teams, focusing on operational excellence resulting in the safe and reliable operation of the site. The HYCO Training Specialist is part of the operating staff and will support operations as a day-to-day function.
 
 
 
 Principal Accountabilities
 
 
 
 
 SAFETY
 
 
 
 Provide &amp; maintain a safe work environment. Demonstrate leadership with all company &amp; industry safe work processes to prevent all injuries. Ensure proper implementation and documentation is maintained for safety related activities.
 
 
 
 TECHNICAL
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide direction &amp; guidance based on technical feedback from Engineering and Maintenance on training required for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and test activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training support &amp; guidance for the Operations &amp; Maintenance teams during the commissioning &amp; startup of the facility. Maintain accurate document control and monitor training initiatives, documenting training activities for each of the Operations staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop training curriculum with periodic testing for the Operations &amp; Maintenance staff to track progression, identify gaps, to ensure personnel are prepared to operate the facility in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop advanced training material for the senior operators focusing on safety and efficiency of the process.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 OPERATIONS
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the safety of all operations personnel by utilizing the BHIG Basic Safety Practice program, which includes Safety Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space, etc. The position trains Operations &amp; Maintenance personnel with assistance from the HSSE team in the planning, organizing, auditing, and follow-up, to build the Air Products safety culture into the BHIG.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish &amp; deliver a training program for the HYCO Operations &amp; Maintenance teams while supporting the commissioning activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Air Products and BHIG standards, and global best practices for EH&amp;S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services are delivered as part of the training program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance to the HYCO operating &amp; maintenance teams through on the job training to ensure the HYCO is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements &amp; on-stream guarantees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support &amp; maintain close working relationships with engineering and maintenance personnel to continuously monitor &amp; evaluate training packages, enhancing when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide operations support and participate in investigations and Root Cause Analysis in order to identify &amp; implement sustainable corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the operations procedures and train on new procedures as they are developed through the Management of Change Process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Onboard new Operators and Maintenance personnel and lead them through the training program, monitoring performance and closing the gaps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a Liaison with local technical schools, assisting in developing programs for students sponsored by BHIG in the HYCO technology.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Requirements And Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in chemical Process Operations, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a 2-year technical school certificate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified Training Certificate Required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in process plant operation, demonstrated HYCO knowledge, at least 15+ years HYCO operations experience, with &gt; 5 years in a lead or supervisory role is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of success on training Operations &amp; Maintenance in the safe and reliable operation of HYCO facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated leadership and proven interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong commitment to employee involvement, team building and diversity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledgeable in the coordination of operations and maintenance personnel, communicating the requirements of safe and reliable plant operations via classroom and hands on training.
 </li>
