Department Overview:</b></div><div>
The HR &amp; Admin function is responsible for a wide range of activities, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation, and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations. Job Purpose:</b></div><div>
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the HR system, supervising staff, handling onboarding and offboarding procedures, initiating payroll process and managing exiting formalities. Additionally, the HR Executive communicates with relevant departments for employee benefits, handles employee requests related to benefits and coordinates with the travel department.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div><br>
Employee Management</div><ul><li>
Manage the HR system, including leaves, employer requirements, employee forms, and employee files.</li><li>
Supervise staff, including approving leave requests, and training.</li><li>
Handle onboarding documents, offboarding arrangements, and visa communication with PRO.</li><li>
Accommodate employee requests related to benefits.</li><li>
Coordinate with the travel department for employees going on business trips for hotel flights, travel allowance, and expense claims.</li><li>
Attend bank employee verification.</li><li>
Coordinate with Line Managers with regards to employee's performance evaluation.</li><li>
Responsible of all HR related activities at the FBO such as grooming, attendance, behavior.</li><li>
Initiate the payroll spreadsheet process and ensure that all data is provided correctly before submitting it to the Finance for consolidation.</li><li>
Communicate with the finance department for leaving employees and manage exiting formalities.</li></ul><div>
Recruiting and Candidate Screening:</div><ul><li>
Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.</li><li>
Receive and process requests for job candidates from internal teams.</li><li>
Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews.</li><li>
Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate assessments for vacant positions.</li><li>
Conduct reference checks for potential hires.</li><li>
Prepare and extend offer letters to successful candidates.</li><li>
Support the on-boarding process and conduct inductions for new employees.</li><li>
