  The Assistant Manager &ndash; HR Shared Services is responsible for overseeing accommodation management, government relations, and employee relations within Oman. This role ensures smooth operations in these key HR service areas while also supporting the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives.

  1. Accommodation Management:
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Oversee and manage employee accommodation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  &bull; Coordinate with landlords, leasing agencies, and facility management teams for lease agreements, renewals, and maintenance.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Ensure cost-effective and quality housing solutions for employees, managing budgets and vendor negotiations.

   Qualification, Experience &amp; Skills:
