Reporting to our Marketing Manager, our <b>Marketing Automation &amp; Growth Specialist</b> will<b> </b>design, manage, and optimize complex HubSpot workflows and automations, including email nurtures, lifecycle management, lead and customer segmentation, and triggered campaigns, and act as an internal HubSpot subject matter expert.</p>
<p><b>
As a </b><b>Marketing Automation &amp; Growth Specialist, you will:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Support full-funnel lifecycle marketing, from lead acquisition through customer engagement and expansion.</li>
<li>Own HubSpot data hygiene, segmentation strategy, and overall database health.</li>
<li>Partner with Salesforce administrators to ensure clean syncs and accurate reporting between HubSpot and Salesforce.</li>
<li>Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, leveraging PPC, SEM, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization strategies.</li>
<li>Build UTM architecture across multiple channels and marketing initiatives, develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems with granular detail, and monitor campaign performance to generate actionable insights from marketing analytics.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure effective campaign execution and reporting.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Please apply if you have:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience building and managing marketing automation programs in HubSpot.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle marketing, and lead management.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience (1-2 years) in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.</li>
<li>Ability to manage the end-to-end paid campaign process: setup, targeting, creative coordination, optimization, and reporting.</li>
<li>Experience with marketing data management, segmentation, and CRM integrations.</li>
<li>Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with experience running A/B tests and performance optimization.</li>
<li>Comfort operating in a distributed, asynchronous environment, with a bias toward documentation, clarity, and momentum.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a related field.</li>
<li>Outstanding communication skills.</li>
<li><b>Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.</b></li>
<li><b>Residence in Istanbul city center.</b></li>
</ul>
<p><b>Nice to have:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology marketing environments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) or similar reporting platforms.</li>
<li>Experience working with HubSpot&ndash;Salesforce integrations and CRM data synchronization.</li>
<li>Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar ticketing/task management systems.</li>
