Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all electrical, electrical/mechanical, and control components of Airport baggage conveyor systems.</li><li>
Proficient in welding and metal working.</li><li>
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, hydronic systems, pneumatic systems, building automation systems, virtual drives, and all associated components.</li><li>
Design, build and install new electronic and electrical systems that includes the installation of conduit, electrical wiring, data cable, fiber optics, and service panels.</li><li>

Install, repair, and maintain VHF and UHF mobile radio units.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and repair Public Address System.</li><li>
On call from November through March for snow removal duties as required.</li><li>

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</b></p>

<div>Is a CBRE Mobile Commercial HVAC/R - Hybrid technician, you will fix equipment issues, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, and document work notes in a CMMS. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years' Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration experience. Strong problem-solving skills, an independent spirit and physically capable of handling a fast-paced work environment will all be critical in this role.<br>

<div>This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are directly responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all HVAC and Refrigeration equipment as well as general building maintenance as needed.<br>

<div>What You&rsquo;ll Do<br>

<div>Work within broad guidelines and policies to conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC and refrigeration equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. General building maintenance will also be assigned as the need dictates.<br>
</div><div></div><br>
<div>Address equipment failures to determine the best course of action for equipment modifications. Apply your expertise to maintain, operate, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems and associated equipment, including electrical distribution and plumbing systems.<br>
</div><div></div><br>
<div>Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, while also completing / updating maintenance and repair records.<br>
</div><div></div><br>
<div>Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.<br>
</div><div></div><br>
<div>Apply a knowledge of standard principles, techniques, and procedures to accomplish tasks and address non-routine problems.<br>
</div><div></div><br>
<div>Serve as a mentor by sharing your deep HVAC expertise and broad functional knowledge across job fields, while leading by example in alignment with CBRE RISE values.<br>

<div>Communicate technical information clearly to both colleagues and clients.<br>

<div>What You&rsquo;ll Need<br>
</div><div></div><br>
<div>High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
</div><div>Valid driver's license required
</div><div>EPA/ CFC Universal Certification
</div><div>Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
</div><div>Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook, Teams, and experience within a CMMS.
</div><div>Advanced math skills, capable of computing mildly complex figures like percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.<br>
