An HVAC PPM Technician ensures the optimal operation, safety, and efficiency of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a luxury hotel or resort. This role focuses on Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to prevent equipment breakdowns, enhance guest comfort, and maintain the high standards expected in luxury hospitality.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, boilers, pumps, and ventilation systems.</li><li>Inspect, clean, and service HVAC components to ensure peak performance and efficiency.</li><li>Monitor and calibrate thermostats, sensors, and control systems.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, performing minor repairs as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all PPM activities, inspections, and repairs.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering team to support emergency maintenance and system upgrades.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and hotel SOPs.</li><li>Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and cost savings.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest complaints related to HVAC systems, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma, degree, or certification in Mechanical/Electrical/ HVAC Engineering or relevant field.</li><li>Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and preventive maintenance programs, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration, and ventilation.</li><li>Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and blueprints.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Physically capable of performing duties, including climbing, lifting, and accessing equipment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HVAC PMM in a luxury hotel: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
