<p>As a Lead Design Architect, you will be an integral, full-time team member in our Architectural group as you:</p>
<ul><li>Develop project direction, program understanding and design concept,</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders through engagement and presentations,</li>
<li>Guide the project design process while leading and directing the work of assistant designers and technical staff,</li>
<li>Oversee design development to ensure clarity and quality of concepts are maintained throughout the design process,</li>
<li>Monitor project budgets and participate in client interactions and decision making,</li>
<li>Represent Integrus in marketing efforts and in the world at large,</li>
<li>Maintain a strong tone and culture of design in the firm.</li>
</ul>
<p>A successful candidate is highly communicative, possesses the ability to motivate and inspire others, and is capable of being a knowledge expert for project teams.</p><br>

<p><b>Position Requirements</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or higher in architecture</li>
<li>Architectural License</li>
</ul><ul><li>8 years&rsquo; experience minimum</li>
<li>Experience in developing architectural concepts through to completion</li>
<li>Experience with client and stakeholders&rsquo; groups</li>
<li>Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal and collaboration skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal, written communication, and graphic skills</li>
<li>Excellent time management and multitasking skills</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Public Sector work experience, especially Higher Education, K-12 education, civic and federal government project types.</li>
<li>Competency with Architectural software programs such as: Revit, Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.</li></ul><br>

<p>This position offers $115,000 - $136,000 per year. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience and market.</p><br>
