Job Description

Follow-up orders received on OTM by using PBI reports</li><li>
Follow up booking and loading status of the shipments</li><li>
Monitoring / track &amp; trace AWBs / BLs via airline / shipping line websites</li><li>
Supporting daily / weekly / monthly KPI data preparation</li><li>
Checking shipping instructions from suppliers and other documents (Invoice, PL etc.)</li><li>
Tracking all in transit shipments and in case of ETA changes, asking for root cause from carriers and updating new ETA on tracking system</li><li>
Tracking actual arrivals with carriers and updating on transport system (OTM)</li><li>
Daily problem escalation and informing customer about delays</li><li>
Attending and hosting customer DDS with the regional planning teams</li><li>
Non-value-added costs and demurrage control on daily basis and root cause analysing</li></ul></div></div>
