 Job Description
 
 
 
 As an Income Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records by conducting thorough audits of revenue-related documents and processes.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Verify and reconcile revenue documents against revenue sheets and general ledger balances
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records, proposing corrective actions when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and optimize the use of financial resources, educating team members on best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Secure and manage revenue-related documents, including guest checks, folios, receipts, and vouchers
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit and account for all control documents, preparing exception reports for errors
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that rebates, allowances, and adjustments against revenue are properly authorized and legitimate
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and internal controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review
 </li>

 Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements, particularly those applicable in India

 Qualifications

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team as a Senior Data &amp; Legal Analyst. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of law, finance, and technology. You will play a pivotal role in extracting, analysing, interpreting, and structuring legal and financial data from complex private credit agreement and related documentation.
 
 
 As a senior member of the team, you will lead the initiatives that enhance data accuracy, streamline documentation workflows, and support the development of scalable technology solutions for the private credit lifecycle. Your expertise will directly impact investment decision-making, operational efficiency, and platform innovation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Private Credit Agreement Expertise:

 Analyse and interpret complex private credit agreements, including bespoke structures, amendments and intercreditor arrangements.

 Extract and validate key legal and commercial terms such as:

 Facility structure and hierarchy
 </li>

 Pricing and margin mechanics
 </li>

 Financial covenants and compliance thresholds

 Security package and collateral details
 </li>

 Waterfall and payment priorities

 Jurisdictional considerations and governing law

 Oversight &amp; Quality Assurance

 Review and validate data extracted by junior analysts to ensure completeness and accuracy.

 Qualifications

 Law degree or equivalent legal/financial qualification

 Minimum 3+ years of experience in credit documentation, legal analysis, or private credit

 Deep understanding of private credit structures, credit agreements, debt covenant structures, term sheets &amp; grid analysis, legal terminology, and relevant debt financial instruments

 Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
