Ideal candidate would be responsible for planning irregular warfare operations for the CCMD geographic area of responsibility in the Central Region (i.e., includes: sovereign countries of the Arabian Peninsula, the Levant sub-region, as well as Central and South Asia). Researches special program and space capabilities for feasibility and integration into CCMD Concepts of Operations, Operational Plans, and contingency planning. Job Summary
 The Risk Management & Controls Analyst designs/improves processes, identifies/assesses underlying risks, and recommends actions to manage/mitigate operational risks.
 Job Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Support all business initiatives, partnerships, new revenue streams, and automations.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation and approval of key business processes, promotions, and policies through creation of SOPs. Regularly monitor operational adherence to SOPs and policies.</li>
<li>Keep all policies and procedures updated to align with changing business environments.</li>
<li>Identify, document, and communicate key risks and system gaps to Management periodically.</li>
<li>Devise action plans to mitigate identified risks through automation or changes in manual processes, ensuring duty segregation and access management.</li>
<li>Create custom reports in Alteryx and SAP Business Intelligence, review financial data and other operational information to spot irregularities.</li>
<li>Supervise Retail Stores audit function, ensuring timely audits and analyzing operational risks by discussing with stakeholders.</li>
<li>Draft and present store audit reports outlining findings, risks, and recommended solutions.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between operations and IT teams to evaluate business process/system changes from a risk/control perspective.</li>

Candidate Requirements
 <ul>
<li>3-4 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Corporate Governance, preferably in professional services, and experience in process and compliance framework creation.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.</li>
<li>Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP and BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI etc. is preferred.</li>

 We&rsquo;re looking for a Sr. Specialist Retail Media Partnership to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store &ldquo;tMart&rdquo;, which is the region&rsquo;s first cloud store concept offering 30-minutedelivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!
 
 
 
 What&rsquo;s On Your Plate?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own talabat mart country trade campaign strategy and calendar in alignment with country commercial lead.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, project manage and measure all talabat mart campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Category and Grocery Marketing on opportunities to grow sales and surface assortments and promotions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in management of creative production for trade-driving campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up media assets in app inc. campaign landing pages, banners, boosted SKUs
 </li>

 Plan and execute tailored and targeted campaigns to drive growth

 Coordinate between commercial teams and marketing teams to align on featured promotions and products.
