Role overview
To function as the inventory and receiving officer for Calo Kitchen, to monitor and report on the company&rsquo;s inventory. Your job is important since the efficient handling of the company&rsquo;s products and supplies is critical for the attainment of business goals.

Main Responsibilities<ul><li>
Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures</li><li>
Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers</li><li>
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.</li><li>
Record daily Warehouse transfers to Kitchen</li><li>
Maintain FEFO (First Expiry First Out) on inventory movements</li><li>
Use Microsoft Office tools to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory</li><li>
Alert the buyers on stock, avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus</li><li>
Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met</li><li>
Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.</li><li>
Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation</li><li>
Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards</li><li>
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers</li></ul>
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications<ul><li>
Must have had previous proven experience as an inventory and receiving officer or similar position.</li><li>
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory and stock management within the restaurant, hotel, or production facility (food) industries.</li><li>
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.</li><li>
Must be currently present in Qatar.</li><li>
Must be a proficient communicator in English.</li><li>
Ensuring health, hygiene, and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the department in compliance with HACCP standards and procedures is a major plus.</li><li>
