We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Storekeeper to lead and manage our kitchen store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, issuance, and tracking of raw materials, packaging supplies, and kitchen inventory.You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and store raw food items, ingredients, and packaging materials.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software (e.g., Odoo, ERPNext or similar).</li><li>Conduct daily/weekly physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.</li></ul>Stock Planning &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate with the procurement and kitchen teams to ensure timely availability of required items.</li><li>Forecast stock needs based on menu planning and consumption trends.</li><li>Avoid overstocking or understocking of key ingredients.</li></ul>Hygiene &amp; Food Safety:<ul><li>Ensure all items are stored in compliance with food safety and HACCP standards (FIFO, temperature control, labeling).</li><li>Keep the store area clean, organized, and pest-free at all times.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and damage/return logs.</li><li>Submit regular inventory status reports to kitchen management.</li><li>Flag near-expiry or slow-moving stock in a timely manner.</li><li>Track usage patterns for continuous improvement in planning.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a storekeeper, preferably in a food or hospitality environment.</li><li>Knowledge of dietary food components (e.g., gluten-free, keto, diabetic-friendly ingredients) is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory software (ERP systems like ERPNext is advantageous).</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Basic computer literacy (Excel, stock management tools).</li></ul>Work Location: In person

 Maintain and updates marine vehicles record system of the resort.

 Supervises all repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment in a water base vehicle, such as but not limited to speedboat, dive boats, barge, whalers, rowing boat, pontoon boats, dhonis, etc.

 <li>
 Attends to repair and maintenance of land based vehicle, such as golf cart, buggy, etc. when requested.
 </li>
 <li>
 Records all service &amp; repair done for boats, vehicles and equipment &amp; keeps log of spare parts used, ensuring proper operation of equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attends to repair and maintenance of power house generators if requested.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attends to machinery maintenance requests when instructed to do so.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out Preventive Maintenance program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out electric arc welding and oxy-acetylene welding if capable &amp; is needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out minor fabrication work and metal work when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advices improvements to the present system in order to optimize the operating efficiency and economy of the said system.

 Ensure execution of Preventive Maintenance programs.
 </li>

 Ensures implementation of Anantara policies, standards and procedures in relation to Engineering.

 Ensure execution of Maintenance Requests and give feedback to requesting department when job is done.

 To co-ordinate with Assistant Chief Engineer to follow up daily work if required.
 </li>

 Participates with Chief Engineer in review and makes recommendation on the annual Engineering budget.

 Ensure safety at work for all engineering staff.

 Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the resort premises including new additional/extensions to the resort or any other properties maintained by ANANTARA.

 To perform shift duties when assigned by Supervisor /Ass. Chief Engineer.
 </li>

 Carry out and log marine meter reading on daily basis and reports any discrepancies noticed to the supervisor.
