 Key Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>

 Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change documentation, and project reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Project Managers, superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and safety requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in site walks, inspections, and quality control activities.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in a construction engineering or project support role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
