The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing tire sales, managing key customer relationships, and leading commercial activities to achieve company sales targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to increase tire sales</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base</li><li>Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets</li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure product availability</li><li>Support and guide the sales team when needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in tire sales, automotive sales, or commercial sales management</li><li>Strong leadership and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple clients and meet sales targets</li><li>Good knowledge of the automotive/tire market</li><li>Excellent communication and customer relationship skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)</li><li>Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractWork Location: In person
