Kitchen and Laundry Equipment (KLE) TechnicianJob PurposePerforms repairs and maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure that they are in good working condition.Key Relationships&middot; Help Desk&middot; FM Manager and Supervisor&middot; Building Supervisor&middot; Technicians&middot; Client / Tenant&middot; Any other individuals/departments within the company required to support the site contract.External:&middot; Management of the Subcontractors/Suppliers operating on behalf of Mirage PFM as required.Accountabilities&middot; To ensure that kitchen and laundry equipment are in good working condition&middot; To perform repairs and replacement of kitchen, laundry appliances and other electronic devices (i.e. TVs, etc.).&middot; To recommend to the FM Supervisor if the equipment is beyond repair and needs replacement or repair.Duties and Responsibilities&middot; Perform kitchen and laundry appliances repairs and maintenance.&middot; Ensure that small equipment and appliances are serviced/cleaned regularly and in good condition.&middot; Ensure that equipment serves its useful life and extend lifecycle where possible on spare-parts availability.&middot; Respond to client complaints / requests promptly and courteously and resolve any faults at the shortest possible time.&middot; Attend to the commissioning of new kitchen and laundry equipment installations if required.&middot; Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned time to time based on business requirements.Skills&middot; Knowledge and ability to repair appliances and electronic devices.&middot; Thorough knowledge of related field.&middot; Effective communication skills.&middot; Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures.Language:&middot; EnglishEducation &amp; Qualifications&middot; Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Maintenance EngineeringExperience&middot; Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in appliances maintenanceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>Kitchen/ Laundry appliances maintenance: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and order. This role involves managing staff, organizing workflow, and ensuring all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure proper coverage and high standards of cleanliness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, checklists, and standards to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle inventory management, including ordering and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage housekeeping budgets, including labor and supply costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and guest experience.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Competencies:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality management or related field is advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a housekeeping or hospitality environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with housekeeping and cleaning equipment and techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
