 Due to increasing business activity and to further build upon our continued success, Belle Aire Creations is seeking an additional role and are recruiting for a Library Coordinator to work with the existing team.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Our Library coordinator&rsquo;s primary goal is to study library inventory, track bottles checked in/out using our systems software to expedite samples through selection to final shipment. To do so, coordinators must follow current procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP&rsquo;s), enter information into our customer resource management system, and communicate their progress with upper management. You will support the creative process alongside Production Staff, Evaluation, Sales, R&amp;D, Applications, Logistics, Customer Service and Quality Control. Library Coordinators reports to the Director of Operational Fragrance Development.

   Curate and maintain the olfactive library collection, including cataloging new additions and organizing existing samples.
  </li>
  <li>
   Record &amp; manage fragrance bottles check-in and check-out process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Send compounding requests for library refills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Measure inventory grams of library bottles and check in and record in system.
  </li>
  <li>
   Run regulatory reviews on library bottles and indicate Pass/Fail in system software.
  </li>
  <li>
   Address and resolve any issues related to sample requests/briefs in a timely manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide regular reports on library needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support cross-departmental projects as needed.
  </li>

   Work to maximize all Sample Process efficiencies.
