Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist purchasing manager to acquire specific vehicles through direct private purchase from guests and various avenues.</li><li>
Maintain professional standard and friendliness over the phone.
</li><li>Assist on blind appraisals.</li><li>
Verify purchasing vehicle conditions.</li><li>
Assist on making decision on purchasing price.</li><li>
Negotiate on purchases.
</li><li>Handling purchasing paperwork process.</li><li>
Follow up with calls logs.
</li><li>Report call logs and notes daily to managers and directors.
</li><li>Setup appointments for guest selling their vehicle.
</li><li>Maintain high ethical standards.</li><li>
Always maintain professional appearance.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Knowledgeable with search function on various selling platform such as craigslist, offer up, and marketplace etc.</li><li>
Must able to call up guests and have effective phone skills.</li><li>
Understand vehicle Book and Market values.
</li><li>Knowledgeable with different vehicle makes, model, and trim specifics.
</li><li>Knowledgeable with assessing vehicle conditions.
</li><li>Basic skills in identifying previous prior paint work and damages; preferred.</li><li>
Microsoft excel skills; preferred.
</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and maintain and acceptable, safe driving record.
</li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent is desired.</li><li>
Customers service experience is highly desired.
</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license, have, and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
