 SECURITY SYSTEMS MONITORING AND RESPONSE
 
 
 
 Respond to all alarm conditions. Monitor and respond in a timely manner to security alarms, intrusion detection systems and other protection devices or equipment as detailed in Hotel/Resort policies.
 
 
 Monitor the fire protection system and ensure that in the event of a fire, access by the fire department is not restricted, Loss Prevention team member must remain effectively trained and familiar with evacuation procedures.
 
 
 Monitor building and car parks conditions and alarms systems such as gas, fire, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. The Loss Prevention Team Members shall report unusual occurrences as required by post orders to site / property security supervisors.
 
 
 Monitor site / property security systems and infrastructure and submit work orders or report to site / property security supervisor as appropriate to initiate repairs.
 
 
 Monitor the CCTV and inspect the monitors using a proper checklist form for each and every camera by zone and report any deficiency in the system.
 
 
 Monitor the command center and issuing visitors pass following the site safety and security policy and procedures.
 
 
 Loss Prevention Team Member need to inspect on a daily bases or as assigned the fire suppression system, fire extinguishers and submit their report to site / Property security management and engineering.
 
 
 
 ACCESS/EGRESS/PATROLLING
 
 
 
 Enforce all access control procedures through the identification of personnel (and visitors) to command center and control of entrances and exits.
 
 
 Enforce control Gate Pass over removal of property, documents or equipment as identified by the site / Property management.
 
 
 Immediately report to authorized security supervisor when required, incidents involving persons observed attempting to gain, gaining or who have gained unauthorized access to the facilities and surrounding area.
 
 
 Conduct routine and random patrols throughout the sites at different zones. Routes shall be varied in order not to establish a pattern by walk, as per Site / Property Security Supervisor instructions.
 
 
 The Loss Prevention Team Members during patrol must be acting as trained and s/he must drive safely only on the designated routes within the property and following the rules and regulations of the site / property management, failing to do so the Loss Prevention Team Member will be fully responsible of any incident that will occur due to the conduct committed.
 
 
 Conduct perimeter patrol by inspecting the entire perimeter using the guard tour system PROXYPEN / or any patrolling system in place and submit work orders to property security supervisor and engineering (When necessary).
 
 
 During patrolling or fix posted security will assist guests/visitors and act as a customer service and showed them directions.
 
 
 Inspect all site buildings and facilities after closing hours and make sure all doors are locked and secured.
 
 
 Detect all trespassers or person who gain or attempt unauthorized access to restricted area such as electrical and mechanical rooms, offices, car parking&rsquo;s, restaurant, gift shops, swimming pools, public toilets, First Aid center and prayer rooms by monitoring the closed circuit television system in the security control center and conducting random patrols (might require 2 security staff at a time) throughout the site / property especially at night.
 
 
 Hand out day passes to visitors and fill out the provided paper work for the day passes.
 
 
 Questions and check ID as instructed by the site / property Management.
 
 
 Delivery vehicles shall have visible company identification at all times and security must monitor all deliveries and suppliers accessing the site.
 
 
 Admit only authorized personnel to the facility during and after normal working hours.
 
 
 Security during patrolling will report and stop any misbehavior and inform to site property security supervisor immediately and write his report according the site rules and regulation.
 
 
 Stop any contractor not holding a work permit to work on site / property and report it to site / property security supervisor and engineering department (where applicable).
 
 
 Provide traffic, parking and pedestrian control services if needed and requested by site / property management.
 
 
 If risk category raised to RED level Loss Prevention Team Members shall conduct searches of vehicles and hand carried items to ensure that prohibited articles are not introduced onto the site / property improperly or removed from the site / property.
 
 
 If risk category raised to RED level vehicles searches shall be standardized as per Site / Property Management and conducted in accordance with the written directions.
 
 
 Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
 
 
 Patrol parking areas in order to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.
 
 
 Inspect vehicles in order to detect any damage.
 
 
 Lift, position and remove barricades in order to open or close parking areas.
 
 
 Escort customers to their vehicles in order to ensure their safety if requested.
 
 
 Patrol and using check list for parking lot inspecting: Lighting, Signage, Electronic access controls, Intrusion detection, Emergency phones and Intercoms, Emergency Exit, Lifts, Gates System.

 Aligns LOTS project HSEQ activities with Company Management System (PMS) while progressing and maturing the project scope, standards and project stakeholders' requirements.
 
 
 Ensures that safety considerations and regulations are fully embedded in FEED engineering deliverables and design decision before moving to EPC phase. Involved in strategic stewardship of project activities spanning multiple contractors, and work fronts.
 
 
 Completes a large number of HSE related studies in a timely manner as part of FEED and EPC projects to enable design decisions to be made to meet execution milestones.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Support project lifecycle management by identifying HSE deliverables and actions at each phase of the project (FEED, EPC, Commissioning, Operations, etc.). Lead development of early LNG company Project Management System Plans / Project HSE deliverables, and project's HSE studies throughout the project phases (In particular during LOTS FEED phase).
 
 
 Provide HSE leadership and support the LOTS PMT FEED team ensuring compliance with Company and Regulatory Requirements. Advise project management on the effective implementation of the Project Safety Management System, stewardship of HSE performance indicators and management of HSEQ interfaces with stakeholders.
 
 
 Lead the preparation of HSE requirements for Invitation To Tender (ITT) and conduct Contractor HSE evaluations. Provide safety requirement inputs into FEED phase of the Project to promote safe design and execution principles. Develop, review, approve and monitor Contractor HSE Systems and Plans for FEED and EPC phases including but not limited to design reviews, construction and commissioning phases as per PMS, e.g. Safety Management plan, Emergency response plan, Environment management, Security plans etc.
 
 
 Serve as focal point to facilitate coordination between PMT and various HSEQ functions / SMEs. Define safety program expectations, assure implementation and verification of Safety processes on Project sites. Facilitate sharing of processes, safety focus areas, safety alerts, lessons learned and best practices between corporate HSEQ and LOTS Project.
 
 
 Provide oversight and review of incident investigations from PMT / Contractor, analyse data, confirm root causes and approve corrective action plans. Provide support and expertise to help facilitate any incident investigation. Facilitate Emergency response preparedness.
 
 
 Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive statistical database and roll-up reporting/progress from multiple projects; analyse KPIs and data for leading and lagging trends, devise strategies and advise LOTS Project PMT Leadership Team for continuous improvement. Provide HSE reporting to PMD Senior Safety Officer.
 
 
 Participate as a key member in the loss prevention and HSE activities/studies during FEED/EPC phases to ensure that FEED/EPC Contractors comply with the Contract requirements including codes and standards. Provide guidance to the Contractors to promote compliance. Ensure approved recommendations and programs are utilized by PMT to improve safety in design and in construction, reduce inefficiencies, and maintain high safety standards.
 
 
 Engage across disciplines including Process, Structural, Electrical, Instrument, Piping, Mechanical; understand and communicate the requirements of FEED/EPC design; efficiently translate Company requirements and data into an efficient delivery from the Contractor.
 
 
 Monitor the progress and delivery of the loss prevention and HSE scope of work; verify that risk assessment plans are suitable and include required risk assessments and risk workshops as per
 
 
 Project phase and Company Project Gates requirement. Provide inputs and assistance in the planning and scheduling of the loss prevention and HSE deliverables to enable efficient project execution, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with Qatar operational policies, standards of business conduct and project management system. Chair meetings if required to collect and disseminate information pertaining to loss prevention engineering and HSE Studies/Actions; advise PMT in a timely manner where issues are unable to be resolved and may impact the project delivery.
 
 
 Provide guidance and input during Project phases, Contractor strategies/procedures to achieve project Integration objectives as required; participate in Constructability Reviews, 3D Model Review, Pre-Startup Reviews, etc. as required. Drive contractors to timely conduct and deliver safety studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and other studies etc. per execution plan.
