Complete regular community inspections and document issues in property inspection logbook.</li><li>
Responsible for ordering repair parts and negotiating contracts with suppliers.</li><li>
Performs essential maintenance duties including but not limited to, painting, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs when needed.</li><li>
Diagnose malfunctioning equipment such as light fixtures, motors, and transformers.</li><li>
Replace defective electrical mechanisms of equipment such as relays, switches, motors and position sensing devices.</li><li>
Replacing damaged or broken wires and cables.</li><li>
Performs daily grounds keeping, pressure cleaning and cleaning and organizing apartment units when needed.</li></ul>
Job Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School Graduate or equivalent.</li><li>
3-5 years&rsquo; experience in maintenance.</li><li>
1 year experience supervising a team of maintenance technicians.</li><li>
HVAC/EPA certification is required.</li><li>
Must be available to perform on-call emergency services when needed.</li><li>
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electricity, and plumbing while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.</li><li>

COMPENSATION: $23-$28 per hour (Eligible for Quarterly Bonuses)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the property and maintenance staff.<ul><li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior leadership or lead experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Corrugated industry experience
 </li>
 <li>
 PLC troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen-Bradley)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a customer-facing or service-driven environment
