 The Store Manager is responsible for achievement of sales targets, managing and developing the store teams in order to maximize profitability, maintain brand and Company image, ensure operational compliance and offer an excellent customer experience.  Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the entire store team at all times.

 Create innovative approaches to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.

 Track brand performance, reviewing stock levels and monitoring best sellers and slow-moving stock in order to generate ideas and action plans to increase overall sales.

 What You'll Be Doing
 
 
 
 As a Store Manager for Lacoste in Villaggio Mall, you will be responsible for driving the store business. You will work towards achieving the store sales&rsquo; target, build a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, manage the team and ensure full adherence to the brand&rsquo;s guidelines and store processes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events and Promotions Specialist to join our Marketing team. The role is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in developing, supervising, and ensuring the timely execution of the Place Vend&ocirc;me Qatar Marketing Plan, including events and promotional campaigns.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop the mechanics of each campaign as scheduled in the yearly mall marketing calendar of events and promotions and ensure its timely execution as per plan.</li><li>Develop RFPs for events and handle proposals and selection process.
