Job Description 
<ul><li>
Manage and optimize the online assortment, ensuring availability of key SKUs aligned with business priorities.</li><li>
Define onsite merchandising strategy (boosting, ranking, category placements) and guide the technical team on implementation.</li><li>
Plan and coordinate online promotions and campaigns with Commercial and Marketing teams.</li><li>
Liaise with Commercial and Category teams to align online pricing, offers, and product availability.</li><li>
Manage supplier partnerships by monetizing onsite placements such as banners, featured listings, and campaign spots.</li><li>
Identify and develop new digital income opportunities through supplier collaborations and sponsored visibility.</li><li>
Manage affiliate partners to drive incremental traffic and sales.</li><li>
Monitor and resolve customer complaints related to stock availability, pricing discrepancies, and product issues.</li><li>
Own and manage the e-commerce P&amp;L, driving revenue growth and profitability.</li><li>
Analyse sales, conversion, and product performance data to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>
Provide strategic direction to technical teams for website updates, campaign pages, and merchandising improvements.</li></ul> 

Qualifications
