 About The Role
 
 
 
 As a Salesforce QA Tester, you will be responsible for evaluating and testing Salesforce and enterprise applications &amp; configurations to ensure they meet the required standards of quality and functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and product managers, to identify and resolve defects and improve the overall user experience.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and provide feedback during the development process
 </li>
 <li>
 Test Ownership (Planning, Documentation, Execution etc) : Collaborate with product owners to define test objectives, strategies, and test plans for Salesforce projects. Create &amp; execute detailed test cases and test scripts (inclusive of applicable regressions) based on business requirements to verify the functionality, performance, security, and usability of Salesforce / enterprise applications. Maintain comprehensive test documentation.

 Defect Identification: Identify, document, and report defects and issues in a clear and concise manner, including steps to reproduce and severity assessment
 </li>
 <li>
 Test Data Management: Manage and maintain test data, ensuring data integrity and relevance for testing purposes
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality Assurance: Contribute to the overall quality assurance process, including test process improvements, test automation initiatives, and the adoption of best practices.

 Availability: Be available for standups &amp; misc business calls during scheduled timing (typically early PST hours)

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and configurations (Sales &amp; Service Cloud) with solid SFDC admin skills
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience (preferred) in manual software testing (preferably with a focus on Salesforce CRM)
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for QA &amp; Strong understanding of the Quality Assurance concepts &amp; processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and solid documentation &amp; communications skills (clear, concise &amp; comprehensive test planning, case creation, defect reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies &amp; relevant tools (eg Jira, TestRail etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 A team player who can step in, take ownership &amp; adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus. Understanding of automated test tools like provar/Selenium is a bonus
