The Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and ensuring delivery of the marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of the brand. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of data acquisition and growth, marketing automation and building brand awareness and communities.
You&rsquo;ll be strategic and tactical, with the ability to approach campaigns holistically, utilising resources internally and externally to help share the stories and messaging. You will meticulously measure the output of your efforts, continuously improving the campaign to ensure commercial objectives are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns in line with business objectives</li><li>
Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including generating MQL, SEO enhancements, email marketing and social media</li><li>
Create engaging and compelling customer experience through virtual or physical b2b events (trade shows)</li><li>
Manage costs and optimise spend across marketing channels and prove ROI</li><li>

Monitor campaign performance by producing relevant and timely reports</li><li>
Recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights</li><li>
Share relevant insights with sales, event team and management to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities</li><li>
Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns</li><li>
Capture and analyse relevant and timely data on our customers, prospects and the markets via onsite &amp; post-show surveys, registration forms, industry research</li><li>
Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to</li><li>
Ensure delivery and accuracy of pre-agreed reports during and post-campaign to monitor channel effectiveness and ROI</li><li>
Use recommended campaign analytics dashboards to monitor performance</li><li>
Build a culture of testing and metrics-driven decision making in the teams</li><li>
Share case studies with marketers within the group, division, and Informa Markets</li></ul>
PLANNING &amp; CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT<ul><li>
Work with the event team to plan product marketing campaigns to meet strategic objectives &ndash; for exhibitions and virtual/hybrid events</li><li>
Monitor operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (including Gantt charts, Time &amp; Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers)</li><li>
Monitor engagement with target media, associations, industry partners and social media influencers and help the team determine how they fit within the integrated campaign</li><li>
Development of marketing budgets in line with plans and ensure budget trackers are up to date</li><li>
Recommend external suppliers and ensure adherence to contractual terms and delivery</li><li>
Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver digital marketing, social media, and PR in line with marketing plans to hit agreed KPI's</li><li>
Ensure optimisation of spend across marketing channels</li><li>

MARKETING EXECUTION<ul><li>
Identify the target universe and key segments within the target universe</li><li>
Develop personas, value propositions and messaging for each of the key segments for each product</li><li>
Ensure that timely, relevant communications are sent through a full mix of channels and are optimised for each channel</li><li>
Monitor and recommend adjustments to the digital marketing activity based on performance metrics</li><li>
Manage the Content Calendar to ensure delivery through the most relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail etc.)</li><li>
Manage the PR plan (internal or external) and liaise with the event manager/event director</li><li>
Establish relationships with and manage strategic partners to ensure maximum exposure at the lowest cost</li><li>
Ensure the maintenance of active social media channels in line with market expectations, monitor engagement and maximise conversion</li><li>
Oversee the design and production of all marketing collateral to be determined within the marketing plan</li><li>

About you!

 Installation, configuration, and management of Kubernetes clusters using Rancher.

 Manage cluster upgrades, scaling, and lifecycle operations across multiple environments (dev, staging, prod).

 Implement and manage access control, RBAC policies, and security best practices within Kubernetes.

 Assistant Director of Engineer (Head of Engineer) forms part of the Residential leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for Building, overseeing all engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, electrical, ground care and parking areas. Assistant Director of Engineer (Head of Engineer) is also responsible for Life/Fire safety systems, energy/green initiative systems and management of other engineering work necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of residents and employees.
 
 
 
 TASKS
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Independently oversee, manage, and execute all aspects of building maintenance to the highest luxury hospitality standards, including electrical systems, plumbing, generators, steam and gas systems, fire and life safety systems, rainwater harvesting equipment, HVAC and refrigeration systems, as well as interior painting and decorative finishes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively respond to resident inquiries and maintenance requests with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism, ensuring seamless resolution and an exceptional residential experience, while maintaining full compliance with all Four Seasons policies, procedures, and brand standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and manage engineering projects, while also ensuring the completion of all duties related to the residences, including maintenance, repairs, and coordination of resident requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works in conjunction with the Director of Residences in maintaining the homeowner&rsquo;s assets through weekly, monthly walk-throughs to support the preventative maintenance program for common area spaces and abide by preventive maintenance policies and procedures and actively manage preventative maintenance schedule to ensure timely and consistent execution of program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, counseling, and evaluation of performance and planning the activities of maintenance staff including making spot checks daily.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and proper execution of service requests via Service Request Management system, providing follow up as necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare requisitions for purchase and work orders and liaise effectively with the Director of Residences and Director of Security.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with the board, homeowners and tenants on maintenance affecting the building, common areas and in unit a la carte services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and coordinate services with third party vendors eg. Window Washing, BMU Maintenance, Landscaping, Elevator, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act upon and support energy conservation programs allowing the Residential and Master Associations to meet their annual budget targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain/keep current asset register for all equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain logs on movement of stock items and tools and monitor distribution of items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that meter readings are recorded and reviewed daily to evaluate utility consumption and irregularities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively co-lead and support the Four Seasons for Good Committee.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain close working relations with outside contractors; engaging as needed for common space maintenance and for resident requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed operational familiarity with and consistent first-class operation of all fire/life-safety equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with ensuring that all emergency procedures are understood and practiced by all team members.
