<p><b>Job Title: Mechanical Engineer</b></p><p><b>Role Overview:</b></p><p>The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the <b>selection, installation, testing, and commissioning</b> of mechanical equipment for emergency loading and unloading skids, ensuring full compliance with <b>Saudi Aramco standards</b>, international codes, and NJBP operational requirements.</p><p><b>Scope of Responsibility:Mechanical Equipment Engineering</b></p><ul><li>Select, install, and commission mechanical components including:</li><li>Pumps</li><li>Loading arms and/or hoses</li><li>Strainers and filters</li><li>Pressure relief valves and safety devices</li><li>Ensure all mechanical equipment is suitable for <b>hazardous area classification</b> and certified accordingly</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes including:</li><li><b>SAES-B-017, API 610 / API 676</b> (pumps) , <b>API RP 1004</b> (loading and unloading systems)</li></ul><p><b>Installation &amp; Testing</b></p><ul><li>Supervise and perform:</li><li>Equipment alignment (laser/dial methods)</li><li>Installation and leveling</li><li>Mechanical testing and functional checks</li><li>Verify installation in accordance with approved drawings and vendor requirements</li></ul><p><b>Key Deliverables:</b></p><ul><li>Mechanical equipment data sheets</li><li>Installation and method statements</li><li>Mechanical inspection and test reports</li><li>Pre-commissioning and pre-startup checklists</li><li>Commissioning and start-up support documentation</li><li>As-built mechanical documentation</li></ul><p><b>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:</b></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of <b>Saudi Aramco mechanical standards</b></li><li>Experience with <b>hazardous area equipment selection and installation</b></li><li>Proficiency in interpreting <b>mechanical, piping, and vendor drawings</b></li><li>Strong coordination with piping, electrical, instrumentation, and HSE teams</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Effective communication skills in <b>English</b> (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in <b>Mechanical Engineering</b></li><li>Minimum <b>8&ndash;10 years</b> of experience in oil &amp; gas or fuel handling projects</li><li>Strong experience with <b>pumps, loading arms, and skid-mounted packages</b></li><li>Familiarity with <b>Aramco approval, inspection, and commissioning processes</b></li><li>Proven experience working on <b>Saudi Aramco projects</b></li><li>Strict adherence to approved <b>Aramco standards</b> and <b>NJBP operational requirements</b></li><li>Participate in <b>pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover</b> activities</li><li>Support <b>final acceptance and project close-out documentation</b></li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From ﷼5,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
